PEmicro has released a brand new solution for control and automation of Cyclone programmers from a PC. The Cyclone Control Suite consists of three parts:
- Cyclone Control GUI (an interactive utility)
- Cyclone Control SDK (a loadable library with interface code)
- Cyclone Control Console (a command-line interface)
Each offers the user a different approach to automation and control.
The Cyclone Control Suite is included in the CYCLONE and CYCLONE FX installers and contains features including the ability to:
- Control Cyclones via Ethernet, Serial, or USB
- Launch programming images by Name or Enumeration
- Create custom PC applications and scripts to control production programming
- Add serial numbers and dynamic data into the programming process
